HISTORY
Pronamic Co., Ltd. is located in the middle of Jutland, Denmark. Our administration and sale are attended from our office in Silkeborg. The town is beautiful surrounded by lakes and forests.
Pronamic Co., Ltd. was established in 1984. The company began its activities as an importer of digital measuring instruments. After some years the company began to concentrate the activities on electronic rain gauges.
Pronamic Co., Ltd. is now specialized in the development, manufacturing and sale of electronic rain- and snow gauges for both the consumer as well as the professional and meteorological markets. Our rain gauges are marketed under the brand name RAIN-O-MATIC.
Approximately 90% of our annual turnover comes from export. We have dealers all over the world.
PRODUCTION
The production of our electronic rain gauges is extremely rationalised and efficient, including assembly, calibration,testing, and packing. The consumer RAIN-O-MATIC is mass produced, and we offer short delivery times. For larger orders for the meteorological model or the rain & snow gauge the delivery time can be longer.
PRONAMIC’s developing department is continously testing the rain gauges in our own testing field.
We use the best material and components to secure many years of operation from the cold parts of North Canada to the Australian heat.
Our professional and meterorological rain gauges are calibrated for a theoritical 99% accuracy including a 24 hours testing period.

REPORTS
RAIN-O-MATIC has been tested at the Danish Agricultural Testing Laboratory and the State Appliance Testing Institute has placed it among the world’s most accurate rain gauges.
Our rain gauges have been tested at the Danish Ministry of Agriculture, State Field Experiment, Research Center FOULUM, DK-8830 Tjele.
PATENT
Our electronic rain gauges are worldwide patented in industrial countries.
BRAND NAME
All the rain gauges use the name RAIN-O-MATIC. The name has been registered as a brand name.
CUSTOMS TARIFF
The Danish customs authorities classify the electronic rain gauges under No. 9015.8011.000.
WARRANTY
The electronic rain gauges are made of the best material and components, and we grant 12 months warranty on faults in material and workmanship.
